Fourth Annual Benefit Auction

Pieces: Beauty In Brokenness
Save the date for Poiema Visual Arts’ 2025 Biennial Art Conference, “Pieces: Beauty In Brokenness!” This three-day conference will be held at Providence Presbyterian Church in York, Pennsylvania, and is a time when believing artists all across Pennsylvania and its surrounding states come together to connect and grow. Comprised of a plenary speaker, various educational breakout sessions, a vendor hall, and a preview of local arts attractions; the goal is to individually and communally grow to be the Christian-artist-whole-humans God intended us to be.

Gifts That Give Hope
Poiema Visual Arts has been selected to participate in the 17th Annual GIFTS THAT GIVE HOPE gift fair at the Farm & Home Center! Join us and 37 other non-profits for a festive, family friendly event where holiday shoppers can find meaning-filled gifts for everyone on their shopping lists! You will find opportunities to give gifts towards charitable organizations, shop from social enterprises, business for good, fair trade, ethically sourced products, food trucks and more!

Voices Retreat
Voices is an annual day-long retreat dedicated to women who have survived domestic abuse. Several PVA members have utilized their gifts in planning this ministry event and Poiema Visual Arts is honored to serve as a vendor at this year’s retreat.

Sketch It! Sunday
Join Poiema Visual Arts on October 6, 2024 for Sketch It! Sunday! Sketch-It! Sunday occurs annually on the first Sunday in October. Individual congregations take part from the comfort of their own building, during their own service, and under the supervision of their own pastoral leadership team. However, while staying true to their own denominational flavors, they choose to partner with us by intentionally engaging visual learners in the act of taking their notes in pictures!

Maker’s Market Crafts & Missions Fair
Poiema Visual Arts has been invited to participate in the Landisville Camp Meeting’s upcoming Makers Market & Missions Fair. The event will take place on the grounds of the Landisville Camp Meeting on September 28th from 9 AM to 1 PM. Multiple missions, including Poiema Visual Arts, have been invited to represent their areas of service through an informational fundraising booth at the event. The goal of the Camp Meeting is to give ministries an opportunity to raise awareness about their organizations. We are excited to join local makers and those faithfully serving the Lord at this event!
LMC Resource Partner Organization Expo
As a 2024 LMC Resource Partner, Poiema Visual Arts will have a display table at this event. Please stop by and see us if you plan on attending!
York County Member Meet-Up
One of Poiema Visual Arts’ goals is to connect artists so that they need not walk alone. With Member Artists all over Pennsylvania & beyond, we look for opportunities to connect members regionally whenever possible… If you are in York County or near by, this meet-up is for you!
Akron Grace’s Christmas in September
Please join us at Akron Grace Church during their “Christmas in September” missions event! Throughout the Sunday School hour, displays from various missions organizations will be exhibited and representatives will be available to answer questions regarding their services and how to become involved. We are grateful for the support of our friends at Akron Grace Church and this opportunity to share what God is doing within our organization!
